Our services
CloudGrid Africa provides technology risk advisory, managed cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection compliance, custom business systems and related technology services to business clients in Kenya and East Africa. Every engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed before work begins.
This website
The assessments, articles and other content on this site are general information. A self-assessment reflects the answers you give; it is not an audit, and nothing here is legal, financial or security advice for your situation.
Intellectual property
All work we create for you becomes your property once payment is complete, except our proprietary frameworks and tools, which we license to you for ongoing use.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Kenya. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
