Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and your rights under the Data Protection Act 2019.
Assessments
Assessments are scored in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the review call form on the result page, in which case your score, area scores and weakest areas are sent with your contact details.
Forms
When you send the contact, review call or newsletter form, we receive the details you enter. We use them to reply to you, arrange a call, or send the Brief. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Website assistant
Questions typed into the assistant are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation. Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views and actions such as starting an assessment without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs the checks that tell people from automated traffic (Turnstile) when you send a form or use the assistant. Form emails are delivered through Resend. Some of this processing takes place outside Kenya.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email denis@cloudgridafrica.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
